Follow these directions to determine if your association is currently FHA approved:

Go to this website: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm
Line 1 Approval Method- Select “HRAP/DELRAP”
Line 2 Sorted by- Select “Condo Name”
Line 3 State- Select “California”
Line 4 Condo ID- Leave Blank
Line 5 Condo Name- Use one or two key words from your association’s name for best results
(do not use the full name of the association as it may limit the search results)
Line 6 City- Leave Blank
Line 7 Zip Code- Leave Blank
Line 8 Status- Select “All”
Line 9 Search Type- Select “Project”
Line 10 Begin Date- Leave Blank
Line 11 End Date- Leave Blank
Click “Send” to obtain the results

Conditions that could prevent an association from obtaining FHA approval status or cause them to lose their FHA approval status include, but are not limited to:

Pending special assessments.
Pending legal actions.
Insurance coverage that does not meet the FHA’s requirements.
Reserve funding that does not meet the FHA’s requirements.
