History of Horizon Management

Horizon Management began as a family-owned and operated business over thirty four years ago and has subsequently grown into a major force in the community association management industry in the greater Los Angeles area. Horizon specializes in the management of community associations located in West L.A., the Wilshire Corridor, West Hollywood, the Marina area, the South Bay and Long Beach. We believe we have assembled the best team of management professionals working in this field, all of whom are dedicated to providing superior management and accounting services to the communities that we serve.

History of Horizon Management

Horizon Management Company was formed by Sue DeLucia and Roy Nelson and has been in the business of providing property management services to homeowners associations since 1982. The same two principals have guided Horizon for 37 years. Horizon’s only office is in the Del Amo Crossing business center, 21515 Hawthorne Boulevard Suite 700, Torrance, California. Horizon has had its office in this business complex since 1985. Our area of service ranges from Santa Monica to the north, inland to West Hollywood and downtown LA, the South Bay, and southeast to Long Beach. We have no interest in expanding our area as we believe that it is important to be in close geographic proximity to our clients in order to best serve their needs.
